The Melbourne Open Water Swimming Club invites all current club members to our virtual Annual General Meeting (vAGM) to be held on Monday, 8th August 2022 via Google Meet. AGM commencing at 8:00pm.

- AGM elections – Returning Officer in the chair
- General Business including:
– Social Media Content and Membership Management

– Coaching update
– Membership plans for 2022/2023.
– Council engagement

Call for Nominations for Committee positions:
The following 6 (six) positions will be elected at the AGM:

• President
• Vice President
• Vice President
• Secretary
• Asst. Secretary
• Treasurer

An acting returning officer will be elected by the meeting to conduct the elections in accordance with the Model Rules for Incorporated Associations. Please use the attached form if you are interested in nominating for one of these voluntary positions.
