The end of July is the coldest water temp (about 10c) of winter so tomorrow (Saturday 29th) we are having a BBQ, soup, tea and raffle at the beach to mark the end of the cooling water and beginning of warmer waters …

Even if you’re not swimming tomorrow, come down for a chat, brunch BBQ ($5 donation to club) and/or get a ticket in the raffle ($5) coz we miss you :)

BBQ starts about 10.15am and raffle about 10.30-ish. Prizes include a box of fresh vegies diret from the farm (I just picked it up), some top quality OWS goggles, a great book, Judith Durham’s last CD, a swim cap and more, more, more …
