Dear Members of MOWSC,

The Melbourne Open Water Swimming Club invites all current club members to our virtual Annual General Meeting (vAGM) to be held on Monday, 21st August 2023 via Google Meet. AGM commencing at 8:00pm.

Call for Nominations for Committee positions:
The following 6 (six) positions will be elected at the AGM:

• President
• Vice President
• Vice President
• Secretary
• Asst. Secretary
• Treasurer

An acting returning officer will be elected by the meeting to conduct the elections in accordance with the Model Rules for Incorporated Associations. Please use the attached form if you are interested in nominating for one of these voluntary positions.

Annual Statements for financial year ending 30 June 2023:
Please note that the Annual Statements and an end-of-year report will be released prior to the meeting.
