Welcome!

We are still in the process of setting up our full administration processes, but in the meantime, here is a quick guide to getting membership setup.

How to become a member

  1. Download TeamsApp from the Android or IOS app store
  2. Search for Melbourne Open Water Swimming Club and click on the search entry
  3. Click the "Request to join this team's app", and follow the instructions. Membership is automatically approved. Click here for TeamApp instructions using the mobile app.
  4. Once the membership request has been approved, you can go ahead and purchase a Digital Membership card. This will require a photo.
  5. Once you have paid for your Digital Membership, you are a full member! Welcome!

Membership Options

Keeping it simple, we are currently offering a single membership option for the 2 swimming seasons - one for Summer and one for Winter. 

Summer Membership:

Summer Open Water Swim Membership gives you ongoing access to swim groups, classes and lessons, and member discounts, for seven months from 1 October to 30 April. You also get exclusive access to club events, equipment, gear, merch and apparel. Valid from Oct 01 2021 to Apr 30 2022. The cost is $20. 

Winter Membership

Winter Open Water Swim Membership gives you access to swim groups, classes and lessons for five months from 1 May 2022 to 30 September 2022. As with the Summer Membership, you also get exclusive access to discounts, club events, equipment, gear, merch and apparel. The cost is $20.
