You’ll forget you’re still in Melbourne ….

Swim with our team on boards and kayaks 900m east from Williamstown Beach to Pointy Rock and back (total 1.8km). We have a break at Pointy Rock and a look around because this area is simply beautiful. You’ll think you’re somewhere else, on holiday snorkelling around a secluded island resort.

You’ll see abundant marine life, seagrass beds, forests of kelp and it’s all relatively close to shore.

This is NOT a race, you won’t get left behind. This is a casual Sunday swim that will renew your spirits and make you feel lucky to be in the Bay.

How it works:

This is not a race but a casual Sunday swim.

Leaving Williamstown Beach 12noon – we swim directly 900m to Pointy Rock, where we’ll rest, wait for everyone to arrive and have a look around.

Leaving Pointy Rock, we swim back to Williamstown, arriving before 1pm.

1.15pm (ish) Raffle drawn. You could win a wetsuit or other great prizes. One ticket is included in price of swim. Funds support the Melbourne Open Water Swimming Club’s safety equipment and inclusion programs.

Anyone is welcome to enter. General public: $25 per entry, includes one $5 raffle ticket.
Melbourne Open Water Swimming Club members: $15, includes one $5 raffle ticket.

You can add-on extra raffle tickets when you book in for $5.60. There’s not many tickets + great prizes + good cause so add on some extra tickets.
